If you are feeling overwhelmed or outmatched by your life, you could probably use some support. When we are facing relationship challenges, anxiety and stress, depression, or any number of other things, it can get very lonely trying to manage it all. It is a complicated and difficult balance, and it can become too much to bear.
The experience of counseling is about having me come along side you. You can have some help in the process. You don’t have to sort it all out on your own. When feelings and challenging experiences are looming, it can be a deep relief to have your therapist map it out, understand why it is overwhelming to you, what is behind the behaviors, or the feelings, or the cycle that you are stuck in.
You might be initially hesitant to seek out help and support for personal matters, but when you do, you will feel confident that you are taking a courageous first step towards getting to a better place and being a better you.
